Rapport Solutions offers innovative workspace design and fit-out management to a wide variety of businesses across London and the Home Counties. Covering everything from design/workspace analysis and project management to procurement and construction, Rapport offers a boutique, personalised service to every client. This unique service, coupled with the team’s industry expertise, has led to an impressive roster of clients, including Jägermeister UK, The Red Brick Road, Santander, and a number of Housing Associations.

What Rapport Needed

Rapport felt that their previous website was a bit dated, and had a number of functionality limitations that needed fixing; namely, it was not mobile responsive, was difficult to navigate in the back end, and was not built for SEO purposes. To tie in with the company branding refresh that they were undertaking at the time, Rapport decided to update the website as well. This new website would need to clearly convey the company’s USPs (such as their bespoke solutions, client-focus, and extensive expertise). Additionally, it would be vital for the website to clearly outline the service that Rapport provides – which differentiates them from typical design and build firms – while also highlighting the company portfolio. Overall, though, the main goal was to make the new website more engaging, interactive, modern, and fresh.

How We Helped

The Thunderbolt team worked closely with Rapport to take the best elements of the old website and combine them with new, modern aesthetics and a more intuitive website structure. Our website design team made sure to strike a careful balance between corporate and artistic visuals, in order to appeal to a broad range of potential customers from different industries. Maintaining open communication throughout the design and build process ensured that there were not too many amends needed, which allowed the final website to be delivered to a timescale that suited Rapport.

Website Longevity

Since its launch, Rapport have received excellent feedback on the new website, and they feel that it more effectively portrays them as a company, while also having a longevity that the old website did not. Having enjoyed working with Thunderbolt as a local partner, particularly due to the fact that there was always someone on hand to problem solve and lead them through the process, Rapport continues to liaise with the Thunderbolt team on a regular basis.
