Team Training and Support
Working from home has meant being cut off from seeing colleagues in person. Thankfully, Thunderbolt’s company culture is orientated towards building a strong, happy team. Our staff wellbeing and development strategy support staff while working from home. This includes a weekly quiz, free yoga sessions, and regular online training opportunities.
