How Thunderbolt Created An Engaging Brand Identity
Thunderbolt worked with Hound Systems to create the branding and website ahead of the launch of its innovative professional-grade smart home system. The system programs home lighting, audio, heating and security to people’s specific requirements, removing the need for multiple IoT (Internet of Things) apps.
In August 2020, Thunderbolt held an initial meeting with the owners, James and Jason, to define key messages, tone of voice, and the website look and feel. A brand strategy workshop followed with Thunderbolt’s brand strategist, Brooke (who has previously worked with brands such as Samsung, Unilever and Nestle), to develop the product name and logo.
